WHAT WE DO

We are going against the grain here; sharing with you that there are no magic pills, fairy dust, or gadgets that will get you in shape. It takes good nutrition, weight training, and conditioning to build a tight toned iron fit body!

Iron Belle isn’t a big box gym where you are left to figure out your workouts on your own. We are a program-based facility. Our goal is to educate and train our ladies to succeed. Offering structure, accountability, and nutrition support to help you overcome and change the behaviors that have been holding you back from achieving your goals. Whether your goal is to lose body-fat, build muscle, or just be able to keep up with the kids; Iron Belle has proven results!

Briefly who we are and what we do

Iron Belle Studios is not a gym, club, or weight loss clinic. We are a community of women who lift each other up.  We believe that workouts require much more than just showing up at a gym; together we strength train, condition, motivate, inspire, and challenge each other to succeed. YES, women just like YOU!  Women who have said, “I wish I could do that!” Well, you can and you will!

We constantly strive for mastery and grace, because Better Triumphs More!

In other words, we are not interested in more reps or Burpee’s until you can do them right. We want you perform better! We are not interested in anyone haphazardly racing through 100 reps. We would prefer fewer reps with better form. Mastering the movements is important to success.

OUR GENERAL SMALL GROUP FITNESS PROGRAM

At Iron Belle Studios our approach is to deliver quality training to a group of 5-15 ladies per group* This may reach 20 ladies depending on the program. The size of our training group allows for each member to receive more personal attention that is similar to one on one training.

 

 

Our workouts help build lean muscle, burn body fat, reduce inches, improve energy, move better and increase endurance. We provide workouts that include weight lifting, high intensity training, body weight exercises and more!

Our general fitness program is sufficient to yield common desired results such as improved strength, body fat reduction, more muscle, increased energy, improve over all health and mobility.

Our team of coaches will work with you based on your ability to ensure you improve safely while still receiving effective workouts the will get results.
